Fantastic place. Is the hidden germ of north Albania, a must visit during the summer. We took a boat from Koman lake meeting point and within one hour sailing we reached the Shala River. The water is crystal but very cold. The restaurant has simple food like meat, fish and salads but tasty anyway. i highly recommend this place to visit, if travelling in couple ore with friends.
I get why they call this the Thailand of Albania. The water is mesmerisingly beautiful. Definitely a nice day trip and you get to sunbathe a bit in this hidden spot in the mountains. I combined this trip with the hike from Valbona to Theth. Definitely recommend to do both!
